AstroFrame Academy is a commercial brand operated by ERREVU' SRL.
1. Digital Products Only
AstroFrame Academy sells digital educational products, including e-books, PDF guides, checklists, downloadable resources and other digital materials related to astrophotography and night sky photography.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, all products sold on this website are digital products.
No physical product is shipped.
2. No Physical Shipping
Because our products are delivered digitally, we do not use postal services, couriers or physical shipping methods.
This means that:

no shipping address is required for delivery of the digital product, unless requested for billing, tax or payment verification purposes;

no shipping carrier, tracking number or delivery courier will be provided;

3. Delivery Method
After completing the purchase, the customer receives access to the purchased digital product electronically.

they have suitable software to open the file, such as a PDF reader or compatible application.
AstroFrame Academy is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, full inbox, spam filtering, customer device issues, incompatible software or internet connection problems.
However, if a customer experiences a genuine delivery issue, we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
6. Incorrect Email Address

Download links may be subject to technical limits, expiry dates or access restrictions depending on the digital delivery system used.

9. No Shipping Fees
Since all products are delivered digitally, no physical shipping fees apply.

10. International Delivery
AstroFrame Academy sells digital products globally.
Because delivery is electronic, the same digital delivery method generally applies regardless of the customer’s country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they can legally access and use the purchased digital product in their country and that their device, software and internet connection are compatible with the product format.

If a digital file cannot be opened, appears corrupted or cannot be downloaded, please contact us at:

A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund if the issue can be reasonably resolved by customer support.
12. Digital Delivery and Refunds

Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law or where approved by us under our Refund Policy.
