AstroFrame Academy is a commercial brand operated by ERREVU' SRL.
By purchasing a digital product from AstroFrame Academy, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products
AstroFrame Academy sells digital educational products, including e-books, PDF guides, checklists, downloadable resources and other digital materials related to astrophotography and night sky photography.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, all products are delivered digitally and no physical product is shipped.
Because digital products are made available electronically and can be accessed, downloaded, copied or used immediately after purchase, different refund rules apply compared to physical goods.
2. General No-Refund Policy After Digital Delivery
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered, accessed or downloaded.
Refunds are generally not available after access or download has started, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is approved by us under this Policy.
This means that, once you receive access to the purchased digital content, we generally cannot offer a refund simply because:

3. Immediate Access and Right of Withdrawal
Our digital products are generally provided through immediate digital access or download after purchase.
By purchasing a digital product with immediate access or download, you expressly request and agree that the performance of the contract begins before the end of any withdrawal period that may apply.
Where required by applicable consumer protection law, you may be asked to expressly acknowledge that, once access to or download of the digital product has started, you lose your right of withdrawal in relation to that digital product.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or in another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, your mandatory rights remain unaffected.
However, for digital content supplied on a non-physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has begun, provided that you have given prior express consent to immediate performance, acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result, and the required confirmation has been provided.
4. Cases Where a Refund May Be Considered
Although refunds are generally not available after digital delivery, we may consider refund requests in specific cases, including:

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the purchased product or provide a replacement file where appropriate.
Technical issues may include, for example:

In many cases, technical issues can be resolved by resending the file, updating the download link or providing alternative access.

the customer requests a refund after using the content;

the customer claims lack of time to use the product;

the customer found similar information elsewhere after purchase.
7. How to Request a Refund

Incomplete requests may take longer to review.
8. Review of Refund Requests

We may check whether the product was delivered, accessed, downloaded or used before deciding whether a refund is appropriate.
If the issue can be resolved by providing technical support, resending the file or replacing the digital product, we may offer that solution instead of a refund.

9. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Once processed, the time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shopify Payments or other third-party payment processor.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers or third-party processors.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay the resolution process.
We reserve the right to provide payment processors, banks or dispute platforms with evidence of the order, payment, product delivery, download/access status, customer communications and applicable terms.
Fraudulent, abusive or bad-faith refund requests, chargebacks or payment disputes may result in refusal of future purchases or suspension of access to our products.
12. Product Descriptions and Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the product page, including the product description, language, format, content included, technical requirements and any other relevant information.
Our products are educational resources. They are not personalised consulting, one-to-one coaching, technical setup services, equipment configuration services or guaranteed-result programs.
Astrophotography results depend on many factors outside our control, including equipment, weather, sky conditions, location, light pollution, software, experience and personal skill level.
For this reason, dissatisfaction with personal results obtained after using the product does not automatically qualify for a refund.
